Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA on the Egyptian Stock Exchage) announced recent changes to the Board of Directors Structure, which consists of a majority of non executive members, adding two executive members representing Citadel Capital Partners, namely Mohamed Shoeib Mohamed Khalifa and Tarek Salah El-Din Attiya.
