Dear Sir: I am writing in regard to your your inquiry about recent media reports claimed that Citadel Capital is establishing a subsidiary with capital of EGP 2 million in the insurance field. I note in this respect that Finance Unlimited is a portfolio company 100% owned by Citadel Capital. Should Finance Unlimited complete incorporation procedures for any subsidiary and obtain any necessary regulatory approvals, this development will be announced in full compliance with regulatory procedures.
