Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA on the Egyptian Stock Exchange) will hold on 2 June 2013 at 3:00pm its Ordinary General Meeting originally scheduled for 1 June 2013. The move comes in light of attendance falling short of quorum on the Ordinary General Meeting’s original date, which was announced in Al Alam Al Youm and Al Shorouk newspapers on 11 May 2013. The re-scheduled meeting will take place at the same venue mentioned in the announcement and will convene regardless of the level of attendance.
