During its AGM held on 26 May 2015 Qalaa Holdings (CCAP.CA on the Egyptian Exchange, formerly Citadel Capital), an African leader in infrastructure and industry, ratified its financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2014 in addition to amending the company's Board of Directors.
